IF SUDDENLY………THEN

Public health: Suddenly the world got covered under one fear, the fear for human health. Suddenly the world was united on behavior, the language was, wash your hands, wear a mask keep distance.

If suddenly the world got to attention, then indeed what ears have not heard, or eyes seen or mind perceived can happen. However, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived" -- the things God has prepared for those who love him— (1 Corinthians 2:9 NIV)

Political and social: Suddenly mega churches turned to family church units. The air space was closed, and international conferences were cancelled, political leaders were confined.

If suddenly governments and leaders paid attention, then the spiritual kingdom has precedence and the increase of his government there will be no end. ‘Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this’. (Isaiah 9:7)

Trade and economics: Suddenly goods and services were classified as essentials and non-Essentials. Businesses closed, shoppers were limited to buying toilet paper and food, entertainment and sports closed.

If suddenly trade lost value, then let us store up our riches where we can be sure. “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. (Matthew 6:19-20)

Mortality: Suddenly death tolls increased, the infected skyrocketed we were all at the mercy of supernatural interventions.

If physical life is that out of control, then let the prosperity of our souls be the independent variable. ‘Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well’. (3 John 1:2 NIV)

Mental health: Suddenly fear, depression, hopelessness, disease, death, unemployment, pain, poverty took center stage.

If suddenly the world got a new order, then indeed God will make a new heaven and a new earth the order of old things will be no more. “Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth, and no one will even think about the old ones anymore. (Isaiah 65:17 NLT)

Caution : If we have been able to watch sudden changes and challenges that happened suddenly let’s watch our hearts so that suddenly will not leave us with laments of if I had known better, “Be on guard, so that your hearts will not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day will not come on you suddenly like a trap. Luke 21:34 NIV
