The Lenses via which you gain control of situations!

Well looks like, I’m not in charge of the things that really matter or define me but I have choices to make and those choices directly affect the outcome of the things I have no control over from those lenses I’m in control! It is my response to life’s uncontrollable issues that defines me.

I was not in control of who my parents would be or what my country is my part is to honor my parents and be patriotic to my country.

I did not have control over my features or what I would look like, my part is to know that I’m fearfully and wonderfully made and choose to worship God.

I do not have control on my waking up, when I sleep I’m not in control of what’s going on around me, my part is to praise God when I wake up and walk before him when I’m awake.

I did not have control over the children I will have, my part is to be a good steward of them and train them in the way of the Lord.

I do not have control over the sicknesses I suffer or to be at the threat of COVID-19, my part is to call to God who heals and who protects us.

I do not have control over the days I will live my part is to live everyday and trust God for the future.

I do not have control over how people treat me, my part is to treat them with love, kindness and respect.

Who then is responsible for my life, it turns out, its me, its my responses, its my choices, its my resolute. this is made perfect when my responses are aligned to the one who knows the end at the beginning, Alpha and Omega. Jesus Christ.
